Global Maintenance Standards

The Opportunity: The Global Maintenance Standards Lead is responsible for defining, harmonizing, and continuously improving maintenance standards, practices, and work processes across all CSL Behring sites. This role sets the global framework for maintenance planning and scheduling, preventive and predictive maintenance, and spare parts and CMMS standards, ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of assets.
